Return Policy


We do not accept returns. Consumers are allowed to exchange items within 7 days from when your item was delivered. We will exchange item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

*Exchanges only apply to merchandise such as clothing, tote bags. Book purchases in any form (Workbook, Audiobook, Paperbacks, E-Books) are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the event you are exchanging an item, you must cover the shipping cost. We will cover the cost of shipping the newly exchanged item back to you.


Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 7 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. We will refund the return shipping if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return Form. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note only standard carrier services will be refunded.

You must submit a picture proof of damage before mailing the item back.

How do I return an item?

Your order will include an invoice document. If you are exchanging an item, please email to confirm a return request before shipping back the item. In this e-mail please indicate your requested exchange needs.

Securely pack your merchandise and the original invoice document in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).

Please note that we do not provide a Return Label, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. We will grant a refund for an accidental purchases within a 48 hour window. Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) purchased.

Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If 48 hours has passed and the product has been shipped. You are only eligible for an exchange. may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.


Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 10 business days to process and ship.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All Domestic and International packages are sent via United States Postal Services.
Depending on inventory request some orders may take up to 4 to 6 weeks.
First Class Parcel Mail is not eligible for tracking numbers. If you want a tracking number you must purchase the shipping method of Priority Mail.
